I consider myself previleged to have got the opportunity to write about my grandfather Sri Aravamudhachariar. He had authored three books and written about eighteen songs. He had written two books in sanskrit and one book in tamil. The two books which he had written in sanskrit are Sri Ramacharitham and Shaareeraka Sutrartha Padyavalee. One book which he had written in tamil is called Rahasyathraya Saara Saaram. Sri Aravamudhachariar was born in April 1900. This is his centenary year. Though his work Sri Ramacharitham and Shaareeraka Sutrartha Padyavalee could not go for printing during his life time, Sri A.Srinivasaraghavan and Sri A.Krishnan, his two sons, published it in his centenary year,on his behalf,as a tribute to him and as a small token of their gratitute to their father.
